My dodge charger won't start
I was trying to.replace starter and forgot to ground the battery and started without it. The car turned on and then wont start again. Red light flashing on dash with abs, battery light as well. Most people said that it could be anti theft system. I have tried replacing starter relay. My car has 125000 miles. My car has an automatic transmission.Alright Guys, I replaced the fuel pump last weekend with a Walbro OEM replacement. Everything went jolly, no problems. I would turn the key to crank and sometimes it would take 4-5 seconds before it would crank, some times shorter delay & sometimes would be normal with no delay. I changed the starter relay (Chrysler calls it a starter solenoid) located in slot #9 in the fuse block under the hood. Yea there should be absolutely no reasons why that is happening. Seems like someone did something to your car while you were gone. Make sure the 20amp cigarette fuse is in the right spot. I remember I had it one spot over and the wipers constantly kept going.
